Judging from the web server stats, those who come here via the search engines usually don't find what they are looking for. If you are one of those people, sorry. On the other hand there is a growing number of people who are actually looking for me and have found me via the search engines. Yeah, it's me! Please drop me a line and say hello!

This web site is a window into my life. Of course I will attempt to show myself in a positive light, but I hope it doesn't come off as pretentious.

I'm Canadian, and have lived in Japan since December 1990. I consider this home, but "home is where your stuff is". I would consider moving on to new places and do new things in an instant, if were not for all my stuff.

In Canada, I have two brothers, a sister (all younger) three nieces and three nephews. My father and youngest brother run Brown's Marina in Eastern Ontario.
